ORDERING PROCESS

1. Place your order at the Lightspeed web store.
2. Print out the order confirmation page. 
3. Box up your old headset, be sure to clearly write your order number on the top of the box, or include a copy of the order confirmation in the box.
4. Ship your old LightSPEED Headset to:  Lightspeed Aviation: ZULU TRADE-IN, 6135 SW Jean Rd, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97035. 
5. We will ship your new Zulu to you usually within 24-48 hours from the time we receive your old headset.

*Note:  Credit cards are authorized but not charged until we ship you the new headset.

The biggest advantage of this program is that you get maximum value for your Lightspeed branded headset. Specifically, from 50% to 90% of your total investment back. No matter how old or the condition of your current model headset.

The next biggest advantage is that your exchange is easily coordinated directly with us. We will communicate directly with you when to ship in your old headset and when you will get your new Zulu.
