Position Summary

Lightspeed Aviation is seeking a creative, relational, and passionate aviator to join our growing team. The Relationship Marketing Manager is a new position and will be a key member of the marketing and sales team, reporting to the Director of Marketing. In this role, the Relationship Marketing Manager will be pivotal to the development and execution of all advocacy, influencer, and ambassador marketing programs, social media and community management activities, content creation for multiple points of distribution, and weaving Lightspeed's philanthropic and social responsibility efforts into the marketing communications.


This position will work with cross-functional groups within the organization as well as with external agencies on campaign efforts. The RMM will need to keep abreast of industry and consumer trends, and identify opportunities to help grow our brand. He/she will create and manage strategic partnerships with brand champions, bloggers and other partners, and support how the brand comes to life through promotional activity, social media, and live events.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engaging with influencers and brand advocates, have proficiency in managing influencer outreach programs, and be relationship-focused. He/she will have experience strategizing innovative ways to leverage influencers to grow brands and will have the ability to constantly evolve our approach. The RMM will have an eye for creating compelling, on-brand content for social media and to support event logistics. The ideal candidate will have firsthand experience in the recreational or general aviation sector as a pilot or industry professional, and be passionate about flying and aviation.
