Register your Lightspeed headset for warranty and service support.
By registering, you can view your order and service history, request support, and update your information. You will also receive an invitation to sign up to receive important updates, offers, and event invitations.
On the outside of the packaging: For Zulu 3 or Zulu.2, look for a small white, bar-coded sticker on or near the metallic product label; for PFX, look for the white, bar-coded sticker centered on the white product label on the front of the box.
On the small white sticker located under the head pad on the underside of the headband: Remove the head pad to reveal the serial number. Simply pinch the cushioned part of the head pad and pull down. The head pad will snap out. To replace the head pad, align the pins with the holes and snap into place.
On the outside of the packaging, look for a small silver bar-coded sticker on or near the white product label.
On the headset, the sticker is located behind the battery access door in the battery compartment.
On the panel interface, the sticker is located inside the battery compartment (found by opening the jacket).

The small silver sticker is located under the head pad on the underside of the headband. To reveal the serial number, simply pinch the cushioned part of the head pad and pull down. The head pad will invert and the serial number will be clearly visible.

One sticker is on the edge of the packaging your headset came in. The 2nd sticker is located inside the battery control box.
FlightLink-compatible headsets can be registered via the free FlightLink in-cockpit recording app for Apple iPads and iPhones. Registering Zulu 3, Tango, or Sierra via FlightLink requires that you locate the serial number using one of the methods above and manually input it into the registration form.
