We want you to love your new Lightspeed product. But we also know in these uncertain times that you may not be able to fly and enjoy your new Lightspeed Aviation ANR headset within 30 days. That’s why Lightspeed is now offering a 90-day, full money-back guarantee on all products. If for any reason you wish to return a Lightspeed product within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, Lightspeed will refund your purchase price. As always, returned products must be in like-new condition and must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Return shipping is not covered under this policy.
Purchases made through our Trade Up Program are not eligible for the 90-day guarantee (we do not retain trade-in headsets).
We offer free shipping on any order that contains at least one regularly priced item valued at $199 or more. Headsets discounted under the Trade Up Program do not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is available within the United States. We welcome international orders, and standard ground shipping rates will apply. These will be visible on check out before you complete the transaction. Orders completed Monday-Friday by 11 a.m. PST will typically ship the same day unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Standard shipping rates apply for all purchases under $199.
In the United States, headset orders ship via USPS Mail priority, 2-3 business days with tracking unless other arrangements have been made. Flight bags ship via UPS Ground. Accessories ship via USPS Priority.
For orders outside the United States, additional duties, taxes, and/or customs fees may apply and are not paid for by Lightspeed Aviation. Any duties, taxes, and/or customs fees are to be paid for by the purchaser. These fees may vary by country.
