Most Lightspeed Aviation products come with a 5-year warranty. The Zulu 3 comes with a 7-year warranty. - How do you know if your headset is in warranty?
By registering your serial number to your Lightspeed Aviation account, you can visibly see your headset warranty start date. - When does your warranty start?
Your warranty coverage starts from the date of purchase. If you don’t have the receipt and are not sure how long you have had the headset, you can find that out in Your Account after registering your serial number or contact customer service at csupport@lightspeedaviation.com.
