Logos / Logo Guidelines
Logos
The Lightspeed Aviation logo is a valuable and trademarked asset of our company. Please respect our logo by following these guidelines:
- Pick JPG for medium-resolution files, and PNG files for web use or when you need a transparent background.
- Use the black logo on white or light, uncluttered backgrounds; use the white logo on dark, uncluttered backgrounds. If there is a choice where both logos work equally well on your background, please default to the black version.
- Make sure there is significant contrast between our logo and the background.
- When resizing, scale our logo’s width and height proportionally — it should never appear squeezed, stretched, or sheared.
- Give our logo enough breathing room.
- Pick EPS or TIFF for making high-res CMYK files for printing.
Logo Rules
When using the Lightspeed logo, do not ever:
- Crowd
- Distort
- Shear
- Recolor
- Make into another logo
- Crop
- Rotate
- Replace the lettering
- Use as a word
- Add 3D effects
- Change the proportions
- Use the lettering without the logomark
- Leave off the ® mark
- Tile or wallpaper
- Add “Aviation”
- Use old logo files
