Hi, I have an old Lightspeed 3G. I went on the blink a while ago and I’ve been borrowing a friends Bose. I thought about sending it in to get looked at, but it’s really old and the ear pieces are falling apart etc. I was thinking about going with your trade in program and updating to a Sierra. Will you still accept this old headset if it does not appear to work? If so, then I will definitely upgrade to this. Thanks.

I have recently upgraded my much loved Zulu 2 to the Zulu 3 headset with the upgrade program.
I thought that this would be a good way to upgrade and give my older headset some new life. Got them 2 weeks ago. I have to say I am blown away – its amazing!!! Did they just give me a new headset ? It feels like it, much,much better ANR.
If you have a Zulu 2 do not buy a new headset just do the upgrade.
